The Sparta Public Library offers a variety of services to both patrons and non-patrons. Once a year, we have a book sale that helps us fund special projects and purchases for the library. We accept donations for this book sale year round. We also accept monetary donations as well as donations for books or other library items in the name of a loved one.
Each month, we offer a wide variety of events for children, teens, families, and adults. Library cards are available for both residents of Sparta and non-residents. Finally, we offer a wide range of resources, many of which are available from home.
We are always looking for volunteers for different projects around the library.
